Hotel Essence - Prague

I almost gave this hotel a good review, but the breakfast disaster and the lack of personal touch from the staff ruined it. I did expect a complimentary snack for all the troubles, but i suppose that's too much to ask from this hotel. Cozy rooms can't save the rest of the experience, really. So disappointing.

We stayed in a double room with a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and a multi-channel television. The bed was comfy and there was free Wi-Fi. The location was particularly good and magnificent because it was close to a taxi, the old town square and train stations.

The hotel needed some maintenance.

The staff were nice all the time. We truly enjoyed a great and perfect position of this brand-new hotel. The property was set in a peaceful area❤👍

Quality of service

Yo, the spot was mad nice! The staff were so chill and helpful, reminded me of home. The suite was super clean, and I ain't never slept on beds as comfy as these. Plus, waking up to all them breakfast options was a treat. If I ever hit Prague again, you bet I'm rebookin'.

The breakfast spread was a total game-changer, especially that organic yogurt paired with fresh berries! I enjoyed kicking back in the sauna after a long day of exploring, and the modern bathroom with a tub was just what I needed to relax. My only small gripe was the limited seating in the breakfast area, a bit cramped at times 😊

The staff were very helpful and incredibly nice in case of questions. the hotel was set in a central area close to the center of the historical Prague and train stations. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Prague 1 district.

The hotel was fairly clean and the rooms were stylish. The staff were pretty friendly and accommodating, and the location was central, within a short distance from a historic square. The hotel is very close to a tram station in a pretty quiet area, and there are nice restaurants nearby.

The place was clean with friendly staff and my double room had modern amenities like a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a variety of TV channels.
